“WARRANTY IN SERVICE” CARD ACTIVATION
Click on the
menu item "Warranties >> Warranty Activation"
See the
following page
Type the VM serial numberMENT" which the VM engine for which the user want
to activate the warranty card in “serial number" and move the cursor to
next field. The user will get the identification data of the VM engine as shown
on the next page.
Fill in all the required fields.
MANDATORY: In the “ATTACHMENT” please
upload a copy of the sale receipt, or proof of purchase, of the vehicle on
where the VM engine requiring warranty card activation is installed.
Click on the “Send” button.
If all data are correct, the user will receive the following confirmation
message.
Using the "Archived
Activated Warranties", the user can always view the data of all the
engines that he/she has activated the warranty card for, as shown in the
following example.
Double clicking on a serial number, the user
will see a window with all the detailed data relating to the warranty card
activated.
